Our success has been driven by our team members who have:
- Led the design and implementation of the USAF's first employment of the Remote Split Operations architecture in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom - now used as the defacto concept of employment for all Predator deployments
- Designed inter-theater video dissemination architecture for Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
- Participated in the design of the RSO comm kit, providing communications infrastructure necessary to establish high-speed terrestrial connectivity from remote Predator satellite locations to their associated Ground Control Stations (GCS) - formally accepted into the Predator (UAV) program
- Designed and implemented means of remotely accessing tactical UHF satellite radios from around the world in support of OIF
- Orchestrated the deployment and employment of the Predator Gapfiller direct Receive Terminal (RT), enabling warfighting commanders direct immediate access to the raw Predator sensor data
- Provided network management, technical oversight, and user training for National Capitol Region’s joint-service P25 LMR system
- Established DoD and municipal first responder interoperability solutions for Homeland Security and base defense applications
- Managed large and metropolitan sized network operations
- Designed, installed, tested, activated and operated high speed intercontinental networks and communications systems
- Repaired Microsoft Group Policy and tied account expiration to SATE training
- Built Access database to centrally track/identify JWICS related equipment items
- Database used for accounting and cataloging warranty information on servers
- Improved customer support 50% and provides data for budgeting and technology refresh
