Besides operating the main corporate office out of Newport News, VA, UAV Comm delivers on-site support to customers in Las Vegas, NV; Tucson, AZ; Fargo, ND; Hurlburt, FL; Ft Belvoir, VA and Riverside, CA.

UAV Communications, Inc. (UAV Comm) places great value on each individual in our company. We are pleased to offer the following benefits to each of our employees.
RETIREMENT ACCOUNT: UAV Communications makes the following fully-vested safe harbor matching contribution to all eligible 401K Participants: 100% of your salary deferrals up to 3% of your Compensation, plus 50% of your salary deferrals in excess of 3% of your Compensation but not in excess of 5% of your Compensation.
HOLIDAYS: UAV Comm observes 8 of the 10 federally recognized government holidays. Columbus Day and Veteran’s Day are not required UAV Comm holidays. Instead, each employee will have the option to utilize two ‘floating’ holidays on the date of his or her choosing.
Paid Time Off (PTO): Every full-time employee accrues at least 80 hours of PTO time per year for the first four years. Beginning on the fifth year of employment, each full-time employee accrues vacations at a rate of 120 hours (three weeks) per year and 160 hours (four weeks) beginning on the tenth year of employment.
EDUCATION: To encourage the personal development of our employees, UAV Comm reimburses up to $2,500 per year for the cost of tuition and laboratory fees to each full-time employee with at least 30 days of continuous employment who successfully completes approved courses.
LEAVE OF ABSENCE: It is the policy and privilege of UAV Comm to support the United States. In that regard, those of its employees who are members of the armed forces guard or reserve components. The company will grant such unpaid leave as may be required in order to enable its employees to comply with required guard or reservist activities.
INSURANCE: UAV Comm offers comprehensive Health Care coverage including a medical plan, Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Agreement (HRA), dental, and vision care. UAV Comm also provides $50,000 term life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Long-Term Disability coverage for every employee.
INCENTIVES: Eligible employee whose off duty efforts lead to a new contract for the company will receive $100.00 per month for the duration of that contract. Eligible employees who refer the person hired to fill a full-time contracted position can receive either a one-time bonus of $1,000 or a monthly payment of $50 for the duration of the referred person’s employment in that contracted position
